A RESOLUTION Cr THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXE
CUr-PION OF A GRANT DEED TO REPLACE A LOST DEED.
(Etchandy)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, in 1971, agree to
exchange certain City property located at the intersection of
Jefferson Street and La Palma Avenue for certain real property
located at the southeast corner of Western Avenue and Orange
Avenue, then owned by the Etchandys; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 712-45 was duly passed and
adopted on February 2, 1971, authorizing execution of a deed
conveying said property to the Etchandys; and
WHEREAS, said deed conveying said City -owned property
was prepared and tendered to the Etchandys; and
'WHERE -AS, the Etchandys have lost or misplaced said
deed and have requested the City to execute a new deed in lieu
of the lost deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P.PSOLV:EM that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute a new deed to replace the lost deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of March, 1976.
