A ?, SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANNAIHEITM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
232, AND DECLARING RESOLUTION -NO. 5791 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 232; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant, in connection
with Conditional use Permit No. �232, to terminate said Conditional
Use Permit No. 232 for the reason it is no longer needed; ana-
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Ana-
heini to terminate said Conditional Use Permit No. 232`.
NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT FE -SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 232 be, and
the same is hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING PX-SOLTjTION is approved and signed bar mae
this 24th day of February, 1976.
