A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF AN AGREE-
MENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION THEREOF. (URBAN- PROJECTS, INC.,
PATT STREET)
WHEREAS, Urban Projects, Inc., a California corporation,
(hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT.°') has offered to provide
consulting services relating to the Patt Street Area; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to retain the ser-
vices of CONSULTANT; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with CONSULTANT has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
Council of the CitN1 of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement with CONSULTANT to provide such consulting
services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement by and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24Lh day of February, 19/0,
