A RESOLUTION OF THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-648
TO PROVIDE FOR FLOOD CONTROL CONSTRUCTION AT
THE RAYMOND RETARDING BASIN.
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of December, 1975, the
City Council of the City of Anaheim, by Resolution No.
715R-648, authorized the execution of an agreement
between the City and the County of Orange to construct
a depressed curb at .the inlet -to the Raymond Retarding
Basin; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to that time, the County of
Orange has expressed the 'desire to handle the matter
pursuant to an Orange County Flood Control District permit;
and
WHEREAS, as a result of the .issuance of said
permit by the Orange County Flood Control District, the
need for said agreement no longer exists-; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim to rescind Resolution No. 75R-648.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution 75R-648 approving an
agreement with the County of Orange for flood control
construction at the Raymond Retarding Basin be, and the same
is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of February, 1976.
