WHEREAS, the City Council did approve and grant Conditional
Use Permit No. 1462 subliect- to conditions by Resolution No. 74R-301;
and I I
WHEREAS, applicant has substantially revised his project
resulting in needed change in the conditions of, approval of said
conditional use per -mit; and
WHEREAS, after readvertised public: hearings, evidence,
written and oral, having been received, -the City Council does deter-
mine that the conditions of approval shall be amended.
NOW, THIEREFORE, BE IT P SOL1,72D by the City Council that
Resolution No. 74R-301 be, and it is hereby, amended by changing the
conditions of approval to read as foliows:
1. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to

the completion of Reclassification No. now pend-'Hng.
2. That subject property shall be develoDed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on 1-ile with the Cj-r-',' 0'
Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1 (revision No. 1) .
BE TM FURTMER RESOLVED that except as herein amended,
Resolution No. 74R-301 shall remain in full force and effect.
