WHEREAS, the CiL - Council did approve Reclassification
No. 54-55-12 sublect to conditions; and
HER .-A-S, the applicant of Reclassification No. 54-55-12
did request the deletion of two of the conditions of approval of
said Reclassification; and
W: ERE- a public hearing was held by the Plai-Ining Corka-
mission of the City of Anaheim and said request was denied by
Resolution No. PC 76-1€3; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has this day been held- by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find t1here are no changed
circumstances justifying tie deletion of -t.:rgo of the conditions of
Reclassification No. 54-55-12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the request to delete two of the condi-
tions of approval in Reclassification No. 54-55-ldl.,be, and t1,qe
same is, denied.
