A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE, SUBLEASE AND LICENSE OF CERTAIN
CITY PROPERTY TO MATREYEK HODES, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City has purchased certain property
located generally north of La Palma Avenue and west of
Euclid Street in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City has leased certain real property
adjacent to the property located generally north of La
Palma Avenue and west of Euclid Street; -and
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease portions of
said property owned in fee and sublease portions of the
property in which the City of Anaheim has a leasehold
interest; and
WHEREAS, Matreyek Homes, Inc., is desirous of
leasing and subleasing from the City the aforementioned
portions of real property in exchange for installation of
certain improvements on and adjacent to said real property;
and
WHEREAS, the -City Council of the City of Anaheim
has determined it would be in the best interest of the City
to lease and sublease portions of certain real property for
and in consideration of the installation of certain improve-
ments thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
Lease, Sublease and License this day submitted be, and they
are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said document
for and on behalf of the City.
