A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND SPIEGEL & McDIARMID,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore
entered into an Agreement retaining the services of the
law firm of Spiegel & McDiarmid on June 12, 1973;.and
WHEREAS, Spiegel & McDiarmid have requested
pursuant to a letter dated December 1, 1975, an increase in
their fees for legal services; and
WHEREAS, there has been no increase in fees
during the term of this Agreement..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
First Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Spiegel & McDiarmid be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
