A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange Unified
School District have by previous agreement agreed to explore
the feasibility of improving a site at the intersection of
Imperial Highway and N'ohl Ranch Road with a public educational
facility and a public library; and
WHEREAS, the Orange Unified School District has let
a contract for the grading of said site; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said grading will inure to the
benefit of the contemplated public library; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim,
whereby the City agrees to reimburse the Orange Unified School
District for a portion of its grading and improvement costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
