A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE LICENSE AGREE-
MENT WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE
RAILWAY COMPANY. (84 -inch storm drain near
Esperanza)
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Anaheim a Pipeline License
Agreement dated October 9, 1975, granting to the City the right
to construct and operate and maintain an eighty-four (84) inch
storm drain under tracks and right of way near Fairmont Boule-
vard, Esperanza, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim to approve said License
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Pipeline License Agreement tendered
to the City of Anaheim by The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rail-
way Company granting to the City the right to construct, operate
and maintain an eighty-four (84) inch storm drain under tracks
and right of way of Railroad near Fairmont Boulevard, Esperanza,
California be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
hereinabove mentioned for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this loth day of February 1976.
