A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COnTCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANTAHEDI APPROVING A YRUTUAL AGREE=IENT WITH
THE CITY OF PLACENIA FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF
TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT CROWTHER AVENUE AND KRAE24ER
BOULEVARD.

vMEREAS, traffic signals are now in existence at the
intersection of Kraemer Boulevard and Crowther Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Cities of Placentia
and Anaheim to mutually share the cost of both routine and emer-
gency maintenance of said traffic signals.
T,QHEREAS, an agreement to mutually share the cost of
said maintenance has been subrAtted to the staff of the City of
Anaheim, the terms and conditions thereof are satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
determine it is in the best interests of the City to enter into
said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain agreement between the City
of Placentia and the City of Anaheim for the maintenance of
traffic signals at Crowtier Avenue and Kraemer Boulevard be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
