A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING VOTING PRE-
CINCTS, ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES,
APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS AND FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF ELECTION OFFICERS FOR
THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
IN SAID CITY ON APRIL 13, 1976, HERETOFORE
CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 76R-173 OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, a general municipal election on April 13,
19762 for the election of two members of the City Council and
Mayor of the City of Anaheim, has been heretofore called by
Resolution No. 76R-17, adopted the 13th day of January, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding said
regular general municipal election, there shall be and are
hereby established ninety-three (93) voting precincts consis-
ting of consolidations of the regular election precincts in
the City of Anaheim established for the holding of state and
county elections, as said regular election precincts exist on
the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling
places for the respective precincts shall be the places
hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter
named, being competent and qualified electors and residents
of said City and of their respective voting precincts, are
hereby appointed officers of election for their respective
voting precincts and they shall hold said election and make
return thereof in the manner provided by law.

SECTION 2. That the compensation of the persons
hereinbefore named as election officers is hereby fixed at
the sum of twenty-nine dollars ($29.00) for Inspector and
twenty-four dollars ($24.00) for Judge and each Clerk for
said election. The rental for each of such polling places,
where a charge is made, shall be the sum of fifteen dollars
($15.00) for said election. Each Inspector or substitute
attending an instruction class prior to election day shall
receive an additional sum of $3.00.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage and adoption of this resolution, shall enter the
same in the book of original resolutions of said city, and
shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in
the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said
city in the minutes of the meeting at which same is passed
and adopted.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall take effect
immediately.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of February, 176.
