A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-519 ESTABLISHING
A NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated January 16, 1976 that the new classification of Sewer
Machine Operator be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution'No. 74R-519,
which establishes rates of compensation for job classes represented
by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim doesfind

NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVEDby the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the new classification of Sewer Machine Operator
be created and allocated to compensation schedule 0676 ($963.73-
$1171.73) effective January 27, 1976, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R-519 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
