WHEREAS, Kirst Construction has requested water service
for the purpose of compaction in; the grading of Anaheiri Hills Area

VIII located north-westly of Ah
naeim Hills Golf Course; and
WHERE S, in order to supply such water services,,a
te-mporary connection to the Santiago Lateral is required; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Water District ofOrangeCounty has
agreed to install

ction so that the Anaheim Water Divi-
sion may provide Kirst Construction with ,nater service; and
WHEREkS, Municipal Water District of 'Orange County has
submitted an agreement for tiie installation of such connection,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said agreertient.
.t4OW, THEREFORE, BE IT R, SOL17ED by the City Council Of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreenment
with kviunicipal Water District of Orange County in connection with
the installation of a temporary connection to the Santiago Lateral

BE 1�72 FURTHER RESOLV.EED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
