A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN INTERIM REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT RELATING TO DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
(Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc - District 40,,
Area 1, 2 and 3)
WHEREAS, heretofore, by resolution, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim has adopted a,Master Plan of Drainage;
and
WHEREAS, Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc. has tendered to the
City of Anaheim an interim Agreement which has been reviewed and
approved by the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, it -,is in the best interests of .the City to
enter into such Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Interim Reimbursement Agreement with
Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc. dated the 3rd day of December, 1975.
