A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN.SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A
CORPORATION, AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS 3on the lst day of March, 1973, a license
agreement for public park purposes commenced between the
City of Anaheim and the Southern California Edison Company;
and
WHEREAS., the said agreement will expire on the
28th day of February, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City desires the continued use of
the said licensed property for public park purposes for an
additional three (3) years; and
WHEREAS 'the parties to said agreement desire to
amend said agreement to extend until the 28th day of
February, 1979; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement has been
submitted, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Amendment to Agreement
between the City and Southern California Edison Company,
a corporation, this day submitted be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute the Amendment to Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 20th day of January 1976.
