A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-555
AND MODIFYING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
CLASSIFICATION OF PARKS, RECREATION AND THE
ARTS DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated January 9, 1976 that the salary schedule for Parks,
Recreation and the Arts Director be adjusted upward from X 1521
($2,168.40 - $2,636.40) to X 1683 ($2,400.67 - $2,917.20) effective.
February 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No..74R-555
which established rates of pay for various management classifications,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that the,adj.ustment of this salary schedule �s,in the -best interests
of the City of Anaheim,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-555 be amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No, 74R'555 shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
Resolution shall be the second day of February, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
