A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS A1qD CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES.
(Alice Mc Cullough)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is seeking approval of
second year funding under the Community Development Block Grant
Program; and
WHEREAS, the assistance of a consultant is required
in the preparation of the application for such funding; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been` prepared whereby Alice
Mc Cullough will provide such consulting services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agree'ment
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVERD that the terms and
conditions of that agreement with Alice Mc Cullough be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavbr and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and `signed. by me
