A -RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION O. 74R-264.
WHEREAS, hereto on the 4th day of June, 1974, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did approve Resolution No. 748264
to permit the execution of a lease of certain real property, more
particularly described in said Agreement; and
WEEREAS, said Agreement has -never been entered into;
and
TWHEREAS, it is desirous and necessary to rescind.said
Resolution.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-264 dated the 4th day
of June, 1974 be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of January 1976.
