A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING REQUESTED AMENDMENT TO
CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 5555 AND ORDI-
NANCE NO. 1414.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of October,,1959, the City
Council did authorize the reclassification of certain property
described therein pursuant to Resolution No. 5555; and
C WHEREAS, -on the-17thday of Novemberjz1959, the City
Council did;pass-OrdinanceNo. 1414 approving the -reclassifica-
tion of the property described in Resolution No. 5555subject
,to-certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has petitioned to
the City of Anaheim to amend said conditions;, and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing thereon,,evidence, both
written and oral, being presented, the City Planning Commission
has recommended said condition -s not be amended; and
-WHEREAS, the matter of said request having this day
been presented to the City Council, staff reports, evidence for
and against said request having been presentedr-the-City Council
does determine that it would not be in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim to amend said conditions because it would grant
the applicant greater property rights than are enjoyed by sur-
rounding property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the-City,of.Anaheim.that.the request by John Priem for amendment
to the conditions of Resolution No. 5555 and Ordinance No. 1414
in connection with Reclassification No. 59-60-20 be, and the same
is hereby, denied. I
