A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TER1-4LS AND CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NORTH
ORANGE COUNTY COM24UNlITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TERM THEREOF
AND FOR ADDITIONAL COLAIPENSATION .
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and North Orange County
Community College District entered into an Agreement to make
available training and work experience in housing repair and
maintenance to residents of the City and of the District; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said Agreement to provide for changing the term -thereof
to July 1, 1975, through June 30, 1976, and to provide for addi-
tional compensation.
NO -W7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of a third Amendment to Agreement between the City
of Anaheim and the North Orange County Community College Dis-
trict, dated March 25, 1975, providing for amendment of the
term thereof to July 1, 1975 through June 30, 1976, be, and the
same is, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Third Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sig ed by
