A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GALBRAITH & GREEN, INC.,
(of Southern California) AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
service agent to supervise and administer its 'employee
group medical benefit self-insurance plan; and
WHEREAS, Galbraith & Green, Inc., (of Southern
California) is qualified to render such sup"ervision and
administration services for the City's employee group
medical benefit self-insurance plan and desires to be
employed, for such purpose pursuant to the proposed agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Galbraith & Green, Inc., (of
Southern California); and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to
enter into said agreement with Galbraith & Green, Inc., (of
Southern California), and that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing Galbraith & Green, Inc., (of Southern
California.) to perform services in connection with the super-
vision and administration of the City's employee group
medical benefit self-insurance plan be, and the same is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
