A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED
FEBRUARY 4, 1975, WITH J. BARRY COOKE, PROVID-
ING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE MAIXSIMUM FEE FOR
SERVICES IN SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1975, the City of Anaheim
and J. Barry Cooke entered into an Agreement providing,,
among other things, that J. Barry C-ooke be employed for
engineering consultation services on an as -needed basis in
connection with the Walnut Canyon Reservoir and Dam in the
City of Anaheim; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of said parties to amend
said Agreement to increase the maximum fee for said services;
and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement of
February 4, 1975, has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an Amendment to Agreement with
J. Barry Cooke, providing for an increase in the maximum fee
for services be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said amended Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
