A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI14 APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AM AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 4,
1975, WITH DAMES & MOORE, PROVIDING FOR ADDITION-
AL CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND INCREASING
THE MAXIMUM FEE IN SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1975, the City of Anaheim
and Dames &Moore entered into an agreement providing,
among other things, that Dames & Moore ?,c=ould provide
geological inspection and consultation services in connection
with the damage and repair of the Walnut Cany6n Reservoir in
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said parties to amend
said agreement to provide that Dames & Moore will include
additional conclusions and recommendations in its written
report and to increase the maximum fee for said services; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement of
February 4, 1975, has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an amendment to an agreement with
Dames & Moore, providing for additional conclusions and
recommendations in its written report and for an increase in
the maximum fee for said services be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said amended agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
