A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 75R-652 DIRECTING FINAL ACCEPTANCE
AND COMPLETION OF SENIOR CITIZENS'
BUILDING AIR CONDITIONING, WORK ORDER
NO. 853.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 16th day of December,
1975, the City Council did pass its'Resolution No. 75R-652
authorizing the final acceptance and completion of the
Senior Citizens' Building Air Conditioning, 222 E. Chartres
Street, in the City of Anaheim, Work Order No: 853*2 and
WHEREAS, due to inadvertence and clerical error said
Resolution No. 75R-652 was adopted on the 16th day of December,
1975 by the City Council and should have been adopted by the
Community Development Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is in the best interests of the"City to rescind
said Resolution No. 75R-652.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 75R-652, dated December 16, 1975
authorizing the final acceptance and completion of the Senior
Citizens' Building Air Conditioning, Work Order No. 853.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of December, 1975.
