A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR A
CONSULTING IRRIGATION SERVICE AT THE H. G. "DAD"
MILLER ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL GOLF COURSE., AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a re-
design of the irrigation system of the H. G. "Dad" Miller.
Anaheim Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Gordon.s, Engineering Consultants, has
submitted a,proposal tolre-design the irrigation system at
said golf course and
WHEREAS, the City Council does determine itis in
the best interest of the City. of Anaheim to enter into an
agreement to engage the services of Gordons, Engineering
Consultants, to re -design the irrigation system at said golf
course,
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain
agreement this day submitted engaging the services- of Gordons.,
Engineering Consultants., to design the major improvement
irrigation system at the H. G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal
Golf Course be, and the same is hereby, approved.
-BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of December, 1975.
