A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5766 BY
DELETING CONDITION NO. 2 OF RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 59-60-65., PERTAINING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, on the 19th: day of February 1960., the
City Council did pass its Resolution No. 5766 granting
Reclassification No. 59-60-65 subject to certain conditions
therein stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council., at the request of the
owner of the property zoned, does hereby declare its intent
to amend said Resolution No. 5766 by deleting Condition
No. 2 thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5766 be, and it
is hereby amended.by deleting Condition No. 2 thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
herein amended, said Resolution No. 5766 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
