A -RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2755.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Seventh and
Olive Corporation, owner, was received, a public hearing before
the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due
and proper notice, a result of which Variance No. 2755 was granted
covering -the following described property:
That portion of Parcel 3 in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a man filed
in book 43, page 15 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel 1, as
shown on a map filed in book 19, page 38, of Parcel
Maps, said point of beginning being also on the South-
westerly line of Manchester Avenue, a radial bearing to
said point bears North 550 081 37" East; thence, along
the Northwesterly 'line of said Parcel 1, South 710 371
45" West 184.80 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof;
thence, North 370 261 16" West'. 230.00 feet; thence North
71' 371 45" East 184.80 feet to the intersection with
a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
2,458.00 feet, a radial line to said point of intersec-
tion bears North 49* 461 49" East, thence, Southeast-
erly 230.09 feet along said curve, also being the South-
westerly line of said aforementioned Manchester Avenue
through a central angle of 50 211 48" to the point of
beginning.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. That there are special circumstances applicable
to the property including size, shape, topography,
location or surroundings, which do not apply to
other property under identical zoning -classifica-
tion in the vicinity.
2. That, because of special circumstances shown in
(1) above, strict application of the zoning code
deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by
other property under identical zoning classifica-
tion in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tile
City of Anaheim that a conditional zoning variance be, and the same
is hereby, granted permitting the construction of a corporate office
with waiver of the following Sections of the Anaheim Municipal Code:

SECTION 18.44.063.040 - Minimum building setback,. (Ten
feet required; one foot 'proposed)
SECTION 18.44.068.010 - Required block wall. (Six feet
required; eight feet proposed)
That said variance be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion
of Reclassification No. 75-76-14, now pending.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2 and 3; provided, however, that
the proposed building will be used solely for corporate offices and
not lodge meetings.
BE IT FURI-HER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby re-
serves the right to revoke such variance permit for good cause or
failure of said owner, successors or assigns to comply with the
Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein.
Said variance is granted for the term prescribed by the Anaheim
Municipal Code unless otherwise specified herein.
