A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAEHIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-104 AND ESTAB-
LISHING A NEW TEMPORARY JOB CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated December 19, 1975 that the new classification of Census
Supervisor be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 75R--104
which establishes rates of pay for part7time job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creation of these classifications is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the new classification be created and paid at
the following hourly rates:
$4.69 $4.92 $5.18 $5.70 $6.00 $6.30
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 75R-104 shall remain in full_ force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
resolution shall_ be the 23rd day of December ,
1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
