A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM OF THE TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
BALL -FREEWAY ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission author-
ized the City of Anaheim to annex said territory_ without notice
and hearing and without an election pursuant to the authority
vested in said Commission by Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code; and
WHEREAS, said territory proposed to be annexed to said
City of Anaheim is situated in the County of Orange, State of
California, and is contiguous to the City of Anaheim, and is
uninhabited territory. That said consent contained a description
of said territory in words and figures as hereinafter in this
resolution described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
authorized to approve said annexation by resolution without
notice and hearing pursuant to the approval of said Local Agency
Formation Commission and Section 54797.1 of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim finds:
That the City of Anaheim submitted proof satisfactory
to the Local Agency Formation Commission that all of the owners
of land within the territory proposed to be annexed have given
their signed consent to such annexation. That said territory
proposed to be annexed to said City of Anaheim is situated in
the County of Orange, State of California, and is contiguous
to the City of Anaheim, and is uninhabited territory. That said
consent signed by all of the owners of land within the territory
proposed to be annexed contained a description of said territory
in words and figures as hereinafter in this resolution described.
That the City of Anaheim filed said request to annex
said territory, containing the specific boundaries of the terri-
tory to be annexed, with the Local Agency Formation Commission
and said Local Agency Formation Commission approved said annexa-
tion request of the City of Anaheim pursuant to Section 54797.1
of the Government Code.
That on the 26th day of November 19 75, the Local
Agency Formation Commission duly aaopted Reso ution No --7-75-141 in
which said Commission authorized the City of Anaheim to annex said
territory in accordance with Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code and further approved such annexation of said territory with-
out notice or hearing.
That the Local Agency Formation Commission further
by resolution, authorized the City Council of the City of Anaheim
to annex said territory without notice or hearing by the City
Council and without the requirement that an election be held by
the City on the question of said annexation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annexation of the
territory included within the boundaries of the
BALL -FREEWAY AMMMON more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

Those parcels of land located in the County of Orange,, State
of California, described as follows
Beginning at a point in the existing City Limit line of the
City of Anaheim, said point of beginning being in the south-
east corner of the Wagner -Rio Vista Annexation to the City of
Anaheim; thence N 0* 02' 5011 W, 20 feet along a portion of
said City Limit line to an intersection with the centerline
of Ball Road; thence leaving said City Limit line and follow-
ing along a portion of the constructed centerline of Ball
Road, the following courses and distances: S 89* 021 2811 E,
97.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave south-
westerly and having a radius of 1,200 feet; thence South-
easterly along said curve through a central angle of 30* 251
5911 an arc distance of 637.38 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with and 34 feet westerly of the northerly pro-
longation of the easterly line of the land described in deed
recorded in Book 8725, page 110, Official Records of said
Orange County, a radial line bearing N 310 231 3111 E passes
through said point of intersection; thence S 16* 57' 34" W,
714.90 feet; thence S 570 351 3311 W, 90.45 feet to an inter-
section with the south line of Lot 9 of the Fletcher Tract,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, page 320 I Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County; thence N 890 32 3711 W, 574.42,
feet to an intersection with the centerline of Eaton Way;
thence N 00 281 0711 E, 873.73 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with -and 30 feet southerly of the centerline
of Ball Road, said point of intersection being a point.in the
existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim as established
by the aforementioned Wagner -Rio Vista Annexation; thence fol-
lowing along a portion of the aforementioned City Limit line,
the following courses and distances: N 89* 34' 20" E, 20
feet; N 0* 021 5011 W, 10 feet; N 890 341 2011 E, 130 feet to
the point of beginning.

is hereby approved and said territory is hereby annexed to and
incorporated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and is hereby designated as the
BALL -FREEWAY ANNEXATION to the City of
Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date of
the adoption of this resolution and the filing of a certified
copy thereof with the Secretary of State of the State of California,
the annexation of the territory herein described shall be deemed
to be and shall be complete and thenceforth such annexed territory
shall be, to all intents and purposes, a part of the City of
'Anaheim, and from and after the effective date of such annexation,
all property therein shall be subject to taxation equally with
the property within the City of Anaheim and shall be taxed to pay
its proportionate share of the existing indebtedness and liability
of said City of Anaheim contracted prior to or existing at the
time of such annexation pursuant to the written consent of the
owners of property in said annexed territory filed with the Clerk
of the City of Anaheim prior to the adoption of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
