A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF ANT AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has been prepared whereby the
City of Anaheim is to construct certain storm drain facilities
in Project Alpha and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is to pay
the costs thereof; and
WHEREAS, said storm drain facilities are located
within -Redevelopment Project Alpha and will be of benefit to
said Project; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are -acceptable to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, entering said agreement is in the best'inter-
ests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW,,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby consent to the payment of Redevelopment funds for con-
struction of said storm drain facilities pursuant to the terms
of said agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
this day of December 1-975.
