A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE REQUEST OF NICHOLAS
CASSA, JR., TO TERMINATE THAT AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE CITY AND NICHOLAS
CASSA, JR., DATED FEBRUARY 25, 1969, AND ALL
AMENDMENTS TO SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Nicholas
Cassa, Jr., entered into an Agreement dated February 25,
1969; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has been amended from
time to time; and I I I
WHEREAS, the term of said Agreement was to expire
on February 28, 1977; and
WHEREAS, Nicholas Cassa, Jr., submitted a letter
to the City of Anaheim, dated November 18, 1975, requesting
termination of the -aforesaid Agreement and amendment thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City.of Anaheim thatconsent to themutual termination
of the Agreement of February 25, 1969, between the City of
Anaheim and Nicholas Cassa, -,Jr., is herebyLgiven.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION,is signed and approved by
me this 9th day of December 1975.
