A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM I NDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-555 AND
MODIFYING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR A JOB CLASSI-
FICATION
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated December 5, 1975 that the salary schedule for Assistant City Manager
be adjusted upward from X1558 ($2222.13-$2700.53) to X2164 ($3085.33-
$3750.93), effective December 12, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-555 which
established rates of pay for management classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the adjustment of this salary schedule is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the salary schedule for Assistant City Manager be adjusted
to X2164 ($3085.33-$3750.93) effective December 12, 1975, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolu-
tion No. 74R-555 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
