A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
` BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE CALIFORNIA
DENTAL SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73R-57$ and
as amended by Resolution No. 74R-124, the City of Anaheim
entered into an agreement with the California Dental
Service to employ a dental health care plan for certain
City employees; and
WHEREAS, the said Agreement will expire on the
31st day of December, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City desires the services of the
California Dental Service for an additional year; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said Agreement desire to
amend said Agreement to extend the time to the 31st day of
December, 1976, and to enact certain other amendments; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been
submitted, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City. of Anaheim that the Amendment to Agreement
between the City and California Dental Services this day
submitted be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute the Amendment to Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim,
