90-325 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT
SUBGRANT AGREEMENT (TITLE III EDWAA - 40% FUNDS)
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has been designated by the
Governor as a Service Delivery Area under the Job Training
Partnership Act (JTPA); and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is entitled to receive
certain funds under the JTPA; and
WHEREAS, the State of California requires the approval of
a Subgrant Agreement in order for the City to be eligible to
receive these funds.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1) That Subgrant Agreement No. G001169, attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference allocating
funds in the amount of $25,000 to the Anaheim JTPA, be and the
same is hereby approved;
2) That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute said JTPA Subgrant Agreement and modifications thereto
for Title III EDWAA 40% Funds on behalf of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21Stday of August, 1990.
