A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF h'1AHEDl A.'/I.1ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-29 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDING NO. 64-65-64 AND
RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-396 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDING NO. 71-72-7.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
the 12th day of January, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 6SR-29 find-
ing and determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R-O, (One-Family Subdivision Zone) and
Orange County (80ARlO,OOO Zone) to C-l, (Neighborhood-Commercial
Zone), and C-O, (Commercial Office Zone), subject to certain con-
ditions set forth in said Resolution, and
MiEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
tne 7th day of September, 1971, adopt Resolution No. 7lR-396
finding and determining that the property and area therein
described should be changed from R-A, (Agricultural Zone), to C-l,
(General Commercial Zone), subject to certain conditions set forth
in said Resolution; and
WHEP~AS, subsequent to the date of both said Resolutions
Nos. 65R-29 and 7lR-396, the applicant desires to have ordinances
reclassifying the property to be adopted as each parcel of
property is ready to comply with the conditions imposed, pursuant
to said resolutions; and
vniEP~AS, as a result of the applicant's desire to
reclassify the property by parcels, Condition No.9 should be
added to Resolution No. 65R-29 to read as follows:
H9. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall
be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with the
conditions pertaining to such parcel, provided, however,
that the word "parcel" shall mean presently existing
parcels of record and parcel or parcels approved by the
City Council for lot split."
AND vmER&~S, as a further result of applicant's desire,
Condition ~o. 17 should be added to Resolution No. 7lR-396 to
read as follows:
"17. 'l'hat ordinances reclassifying the property
shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
the conditions pertaining-to such parcel provided, how-
ever, that the word "parcel G. shall mean presently existing
parcels of record and parcel or parcels approved by the
City Council for lot split."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Condition No. 9 is hereby added to Resolution No. 65R-29 to read
as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Condition No. 17 is hereby
added to Resolution No. 7lR-396 to read as follows:
"17. That ordinances reclassifying the property
shall be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
the conditions pertaining to such parcel provided, how-
ever, that the word "parcell! shall mean presently
existing parcels of record and parcel or parcels approved
by the City Council for lot split."
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereby
expressly amended, Resolution Nos. 65R-29 and 7lR-396 shall
remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of February , 1973.
