A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING Kq OFFER OF DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR STREET AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
(Parcel Plap No. 501)
WHEREAS, a parcel map has been prepared to subdivide
certain real property on the west side of Sunkist Street, south
of Cerritos Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said parcel map contains an offer of dedica-
tion for street and public utility purposes for the widening of
Sunkist Street; and
WHEREAS, said parcel map has been filed in Book 74,
Pages 25 and 26 of Parcels Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of orange; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept said dedication as offered in said parcel map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said offer of dedication be, and it is
hereby, accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded at the office of the County Re-
corder of the County of Orange.
