A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN DIRECTOR'S DEEDS FROM
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in receipt of
certain Directorts Deeds from the Department of
Transportation of the State of California, which deeds
convey certain interests hereinafter described:

WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim, to accept said Deeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that it accept, and it does hereby, accept
the above-mentioned Director's Deeds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby. directed to transmit said deeds to theDepartment of
Transportation together with three certified copies of this
resolution.
