A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AINIAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDI TONS

OF AN AGREEMENT WITH RICHARD AND ELEANOR REYES,
DOING BUSINESS AS CITY CENTER MOTEL, TO PRO-
VIDE SHELTER FOR DISADiLA.NNTAGED PERSONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe-i- desires to sponsor a Family
City -
Emergency assistance Program to provide short term e.mergencv shel-
ter and assistance to disadvantaged City residents; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for and has been granted
funds by the Orange Countv Revenue Sharinq Office to Drovide for
said Family Emergency Assistance Program; and
'V7HER-EAS, the City requires, housing facilities to provide
said short term emergency shelter for disadvantaged residents; and
1,TF.EREAS, Richard and Eleanor Reyes, doing business as
City Center Motel, have facilities to provide short term emergency
shelter and are crualified and willing to utilize said facilities
to provide shelter for said disadvantaged Persons referred to the
hotel by the City; and

V7HEIFIZE-AS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'VED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that, the terms and conditions of an agreement

otel, to provide short term emergency shelter for disadvantaqed
City residents at 610 North Anaheirli. Boulevard, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to el-lecute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
