A -RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIJ.Y
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS WITH,
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1475 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 74R-443 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wi-,%--, on
September 10, 1974, adopt Resolution No. 14R.-443 permitting a
half -way house for alcoholism and drug related problems on cer-
tain property described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 1475, did establish certain conditions and/or
limitations on its approval'of said Conditional Use Permit; and
WHERE -AS, the petitioner did fail'to comply with the
said. -conditions and/or limitations upon said use; and
WHEREAS, as a result of petitioners', failure to con -
ply, the City Council did set a public` hearing on an order to
show cause why said Conditional Use Permit No.' 1475 should not
be terminated; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on I September 16, 1975, evi-
dence, both written and oral, was presented and Council did
receive reports from Staff and Council did determine that Con-
ditional Use Permit' Tho. 1.475 should be revoked but, good cause
appearing, continued the decision until Novembet-18, 1975, to
permit the relocation of said facility; and
VTHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit coming on to be
heard for decision this date, all matters remaining consistent
and the need to terminate said Conditional Use Permit No. 1475
still exists.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1475 be, and the same are hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 74R-443 be, and the same is
hereby, declared null and void from, and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of November, 1975.
