A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING GREEN FEES TO BE
CHARGED AT THE H.--G..DAD MILLER ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 71R-545.
WHEREAS, the City_ Council of the City of Anaheim
does find and determinethat the schedule of rates for use
of the H. G. Dad Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course should
be changed.
NOW., THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the,City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following charges shall be
made :for use of the H. G. Dad MillerAnaheim Municipal Golf
Course on and after -JaniA-dry_-, 1, 1976:
GREEN FEES
9 Holes -18 Holes After 4-:30 P.M.
Week Days $2.50 Moo $2.50
Saturdays,
Sundays and
Holidays $3.50 $6.00_ $3.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 9 -hole play will only
be permitted when such play willnotinterfere with 18 -hole
play.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the player who plays
and pays the 9 -hole rate and then plays an additional
9 holes,will pay only the difference between the 9 -hole rate
and the 18 -hole rate for such additional 9 holes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 71R-545
-is-hereby-repealed-as of -the effective date of the provisions
of this resolution and the provisions of Resolution No.
71R-545 and any other resolution in conflictherewith are
superseded by the provisions of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
