A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIK ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAPS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted a new subdivision ordinance pursuant to Ordinance No.
3474; and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary to establ-Ish fees for
tentative parcel maps; and
WHEREAS, it is a policy of the City Council to estab-
lish fees by Resolution.
NOW, THERE -FORE, BE IT RESOLIJED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following fees be,:and the same
are hereby, adopted for tentative parcel maps:
A. Tentative Parcel Map Filing Fee . . . . $120.00 per map
B. Duplicate Mylar Deposit . . . . . . . . $ 50.00
(Paid at the time of filing a final
parcel map and refunded when a dup-
licate Mylar of the recorded parcel
map is delivered to the City)
