A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. OF EMPLOYMENT FOR CERTAIN
UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim determines the
terms and conditions of employment by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue
the present Resolutions covering wages, hours and
conditions of employment in effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that the
wages, salaries and conditions of employment presently
existing are subject to meeting and conferring under the
provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act and, therefore.,
are indefinite and subject to future determination; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may desire to make
future amendments to said Resolutions effective on or
after October 17, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the present Resolutions
covering employee wages, hours and conditions of employment
remain in effect until superseded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any resolution
adopted by the City Council covering wages, hours, and
conditions of employment for unrepresented employees
(Except Department Heads and Division Heads) may be effec-
tive on or after October 17, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
