A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A DEED TO CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
(HAROLD D. SEWELL, CP #13).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is fee owner of
certain real property located on the West side of Euclid
Street, North of Crescent Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously agreed
to sell said real property to Harold D. Sewell pursuant
to terms and conditions set forth in certain escrow instruc-
tions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is to deposit an
executed deed to said real property into escrow.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute the corporation grant deed to convey said real
property to Harold D. Sewell.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, directed to transmit said deed and a
certified copy of the resolution to First American Title
Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 4th day Of November , 1975.
