A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 3269 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
90R-197.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 90R-197 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 3269, subject to certain conditions specified
therein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on August 14, 1990, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the
public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to
permit reasonable operation under said Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Conditional Use Permit No. 3269 be, and the same are hereby,
amended by (i) the deletion of the requirement that such use be in
conjunction with a restaurant, (ii) deletion of current Condition
Nos. 10 and 12 from Resolution No. 90R-197, and (iii) the addition
of new Condition No. 12 thereto, to read as follows:
"12. (a) That the business hours of operation shall be
limit. ed to the following:
Fridays: 9 P.M, to 1:30 A.M.
Saturdays: 9 P.M, to 1:30 A.M.
Sundays: 9 P.M. to 12:30 A.M.
Holidays (as listed below: 9:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M.
Christmas Day
Thanksgiving Day
Memorial Day
Vietnamese New Year
New Year's Day
Labor Day
Easter Sunday
CUP 3269
(b) That on-site security shall be provided on the
premises, including in the parking lots in both
the back and in front of the building, during the
business hours of operation plus one-half (1/2)
hour before and one-half (1/2) hour after the
business is open to the public or until the
parking lots are cleared of all customers,
whichever is later."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 90R-197 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of August, 1990.
