A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO CIL 07 THE CITY
OF P-EUN-HEIM APPROVING THE TERMS X,4D CONDITIONS
OF M4 ENCROACH.11 -NT PERMIT AND AUIPHORIZING THE
MAYOR P0D CITY CLERK TO EXECUTUE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH MA-TiLTEL MID JERYLIN SANCHEZ.
WHEREAS, Manuel and Jerylin Sanchez, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Licensees, are the owners of property
in the City of Anaheim over which the City owns a public utility
easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensees wish to encroach upon a portion of
said easement for the purpose of permitting a portion of an ex-
isting guest house and an addition to said building to encroach
into an existing public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach upon
the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will be
caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not interfere
with the present use of the easement by the City.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE 17" IRZESOLNTED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheir.- and .11anuel and Jerylin
Sanchez be, and the same are hereby, approved..
BE IT FURTHER RESOL7,7ED that the Manz 0-
1L and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of AnaheiTi.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sdigned by me
