WHEREAS, Leonard A. Cayer and Ruth Cayer, husband and
wife, hereinafter referred to as Licensees, are the owners of
property in the City of Anaheim over which the City, owns a public
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensees wish to encroach upon a portion of
said easement for the purpose of permitting a roof overhang to
encroach into a portion of City's easement; and
WHEIR AS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach upon
the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will be
caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion. across a portion of -the easement of City will not interfere
with the present use of the easement by the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IL T RESOLVED by the City Council Of
the City -of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Leonard A. and Ruth
Cayer be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHE11 REESOL,= that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.

this 6th day of July, 1976.
