A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF --AN AGREEMENT WITH SANTA ANA COLLEGE FOUNDA-
TI6N PERTAINING. 'M THE ORANGE COU INTY FIRE
SERVICES LIBRARY AND AUTHORIZING -.THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLF{RK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
e :WHEREAS,, the Santa A.na . College Foundation desires to
develop a centrally.located film visual aid library for use of
all fire departments within the County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, said library will eliminate duplication of
purchases sof _traini4q aids_ among _the participating cities; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City\of
Anaheim to participate with other fire departments in Orange
County in the development of said library;.and;:
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms of
which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement with Santa Ana College
Foundation be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
