A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
14ENT OF RICHARD RUDE, AN INDIVIDUAL, AS TENNIS
INSTRUCTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Tennis Instructor having, as his primary duty, the
direction of the Summer School Tennis Program at Canyon High School
for the Anaheim Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department; and
I
WHEREAS, Richard Rude, an individual, is capable of ren-
dering such services and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement,
submitted herewith and dated the 12th day of June, 1976, employing
Richard Rude to perform the services of Tennis Instructor be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for°and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of JUIX 1976.
