WITH M'UNICIPAL DATA SYSTETILIS' A JOINT POWERS
AGENCY, PERTAINING7 TO DATA PROCESSING SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A!, -.'D CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SM -TE.
WHEREAS,. M-lunicipal Data Systens (11MS) is a Joint Powers
Agency established for the purpose of providing and maintaining
a centralized data. processing system for its merber agencies; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of MS to have the City of
Anaheim Provide the data processing services for !xIDS; and
WHEREAS, it is t:he desire of both parties to enter into
a Joint Powers Agree. -tient to allow Anaheire, to provide data process-
ing services to 2,1DS and its merdber agencies; and
WHEREAS a joint Powers Agreement has this day been s-.,O---
mAtted, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
Cit,v of Anaheirii.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT �ESOLVED by the City Council 014
the City of Anaheim that the terns and conditions of a Joint
Powers Agreement between the City of Anaheim and !4unicipal Data
Systems pertaining to data processing services be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 14ayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said aaree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheirm.
